Make the crust

Make the crust by blitzing the digestive biscuits then adding the vegan butter and biscoff spread and mixing together!

Make the filling

Whip the soy single cream. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined!

Chill

Pour the cheesecake filling into the crust, smooth out the top and chill for at least 4 hours!

Decorate

Decorate the cheesecake with biscoff spread and biscoff biscuits.
