Easy and delicious vegan peach cobbler recipe! It's super juicy with crumbly topping, so good with some vegan ice cream and melted biscoff butter on top.
Vegan peach cobbler
peaches rice flour almond flour coconut sugar coconut oil soy milk cornflour cinnamon baking powder and soda salt
Cut the peaches into chunks, then mix with tapioca flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix the all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients then pour it into the dry mixture.
Mix well with a large wooden spoon until well combined. The dough is almost like cookie dough.
Top the peaches with the crumble mixture like in the picture above. Bake at 180℃ for 35-40 mins.
