Make the crust

Process digestive biscuits and transfer to a bowl. Add melted vegan butter and coconut oil. Pour in a cake tin and press down to the bottom and side!

Make the filling

Make the filling by blending the filling ingredients! Pour into the crust and rest!

Make the mango jelly

Cook the mango puree and agar then add mango cubes and stir!

Whip the cream

Whip the cream until fluffy! Decorate the cheesecake with the jelly and cream!
