Combine the dry ingredients together, and wet ingredients together! Combine the 2 mixtures and make batter!

Pour the batter into cupcake liners halfway and bake!

Make the black syrup by combining the ingredients and cooking the mixture in a saucepan!

Make the matcha buttercream frosting

Make the matcha buttercream frosting by combining the ingredients and whip up! Assemble everything when the cupcakes are cooled!
