This is our non-white-chocolate white chocolate mixture that gives the matcha brownies a fudgy, moist, soft and fluffy texture.

Mix the dry ingredients with a large whisk.

Add the white chocolate mixture and all the remaining wet ingredients to the dry mixture.

Mix the batter with a large wooden spoon gently.

Pour the batter into a square ot rectangle tin and bake!
