Vegan matcha brownies
9 -12 squares
1four brown sugar matcha powder vegan butter cacao butter vanilla baking powder and soda salt
Melt the butter, cacao butter, and add soy milk and sugar
This is our non-white-chocolate white chocolate mixture that gives the matcha brownies a fudgy, moist, soft and fluffy texture.
Mix the dry ingredients
Mix the dry ingredients with a large whisk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients
Add the white chocolate mixture and all the remaining wet ingredients to the dry mixture.
Mix the batter with a large wooden spoon gently.
Pour the batter into a square ot rectangle tin and bake!
