Make the chocolate brownie base by blitzing all the ingredients for the base in a food processor! Transfer the mixture to a cake tin, press down and rest in the fridge!
Whip aquafaba until fluffy! Blitz the rest of the ingredients for the mousse layer and combine the 2 mixtures! Pour it to cake tin and rest!
Make the ganache by combining the ingredients for the ganache!
Take the cake out of the fridge and spread the ganache! Top with your favourite fruits!
