This vegan pumpkin bread is the best thing.. It has chocolate chips in it to take it on another level of deliciousness!

flour brown sugar caster sugar vegetable oil soy milk pumpkin puree vegan chocolate chips maple syrup pumpkin spice baking powder and soda salt

INGREDIENTS

Mix the wet ingredients

Mix all the wet ingredients in a jar or bowl including the pumpkin puree!

Mix the dry ingredients and combine with the wet mixture

Mix the dry ingredients with a large whisk, then add the wet mixture.

Mix gently

Now mix gently with a large wooden spoon. Don't over mix!

Fold in the vegan chocolate chips

Fold in the vegan chocolate chips gently. Again, don't overmix here too!

Bake!

Pour the batter into a loaf tin and bake for 50 mins.
