Fudgy vegan brownies that are full of delicious biscoff flavour! It's super easy to make and sooo delicious!

Make the crust

Make the Biscoff crust layer by blitzing biscoff biscuits in a food processor, mixing with vegan butter and spreading and pressing down in a brownie tray!

Make the brownie batter

Don't over mix when mixing the batter! Gently is the key!

Make the biscoff top

Mix all the ingredients for the biscoff topping!

Layer everything and bake!

Layer the brownie batter and biscoff topping and make swirls! Bake in the oven now.
