The BEST vegan double chocolate muffins ever! They are super moist, fluffy and so delicious.

flour brown sugar caster sugar vegan butter soy milk soy yogurt apple cider vinegar cacao powder vegan chocolate chips baking powder and soda salt

INGREDIENTS

Mix the melted butter, soy milk, soy yogurt and ACV

First we are mixing the wet ingredients together. Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperture! 

Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients with a large whisk, then add the wet mixture.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients

Mix the dry and wet mixture with a wooden spoon. Don't overmix!

Fold in the choco chips

Fold in the chocolate chips. Again, no overmixing here too!

Pour into the tin and bake!

Pour the batter into a lined muffin tin and bake for 25 mins!
