Make vegan buttermilk

Mix the soy milk and apple cider vinegar to make vegan buttermilk!

Mix the dry ingredients

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl!

Make the batter and bake!

Add the wet ingredients and mix gently to make the batter! Pour it into a loaf tin and bake for 60 mins.

Make the glaze!

Make the glaze by mixing the icing sugar and soy milk! Drizzle onto the pound cake and enjoy!
