Easy vegan pecan pie bars

Delicious and caramelly vegan pecan pie bars are a must-bake for this autumn and winter. It’s super easy to make without corn syrup, eggs or dairy. It's a little healthier and more wholesome than your usual pecan pie bars and can be made gluten-free too!

First step

First, make the base! Mix all te ingredients for the crust until it makes a dough. For more detailed instruction, go to the blog post at the end of this story!

Second step

Spread in a baking tray. Pre-bake for 10 mins until the top is golden.

Third step

Make the pecan spread by combining all the ingredients for pecan spread.

Forth step

Spread the pecan spread over the pre-baked crust. Bake for another 25 mins until the top is golden amber.
