Chop your vegan milk chocolate or dark chocolate into chunks! You can use regular chocolate chips too if you like.

Mix the vegan butter, soy milk and miso very well until smooth!

Mix the wet mixture and dry mixture in a bowl and make cookie dough! Add the choc chunks and fold in.

Make balls and place them on a baking tray. Press down slightly, top with more choc chunks and bake!
