Roast the pumpkin

Cut up a whole pumpkin and roast in the oven for 30 mins. I used kabocha pumpkin!

Puree

In a food processor or blender, puree the pumpkin until silky smooth!

Sieve

Optionally, sieve the puree to make it extra smooth!
