- 2/3 cup (150g) vegan butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup (80-100g) homemade vegan caramel or store-bought caramel, cold
- 1 & 1/3 cup (140g) icing sugar
Instructions
- Beat the vegan butter until fluffy and creamy in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer for about 2-3 mins.
- Add the caramel and beat further until they are well combined.
- Add icing sugar one cup at a time and beat until it’s creamy and fluffy.
- Enjoy on cakes, cupcakes, and more!
Notes
Use cold caramel. Using hot caramel will melt the butter and spoil the texture.
