  1. Beat the vegan butter until fluffy and creamy in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer for about 2-3 mins.
  2. Add the caramel and beat further until they are well combined.
  3. Add icing sugar one cup at a time and beat until it’s creamy and fluffy.
  4. Enjoy on cakes, cupcakes, and more!

Notes

Use cold caramel. Using hot caramel will melt the butter and spoil the texture.

It can frost a 7-inch 3-layer cake. If frosting a smaller cake or a sheet cake, adjust the amount accordingly.
